Position Overview
With Honor Action is seeking a highly motivated individual to support the organization as an Executive Assistant for our Washington DC office. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to a purpose-driven organization while utilizing their administrative, organizational, and interpersonal strengths. The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership and office operations, manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and help execute internal events. Candidates should be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communicators.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel for the Washington, DC team
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and ensure all parties are present and informed
- Provide support to other team members, including answering questions and directing inquiries
- Assist with project management, data entry, or other administrative tasks, as needed
Office Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, drafting memos, letters, and reports
- Maintaining databases and filing systems; organize and retrieve information
- Order supplies, manage various office inventories, and coordinate with vendors
- Assist in typing, copying, scanning, and binding documents
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment and provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Answer inquiries from visitors, provide directions, and resolve simple issues
- Assist with special projects, as needed
Event Support
- Plan, organize, and execute events in collaboration with the With Honor team, ensuring events run smoothly and meet expectations
- Manage logistics, budget, vendor relationships, and various event elements like venue, catering, decor, and entertainment
- Address unexpected issues or challenges that may arise during events
- Oversee event setup, logistics, and execution during events
- Assist with conclusion of events by way of breakdown, room reset, signage removal, gather feedback and evaluate success

Terms:
- Full-time, in-office, Washington DC-based
- Salary range of $80,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience
