    National Security and U.S. Competitiveness:
    National Security and U.S. Competitiveness:
    • Ensure the U.S. remains competitive in emerging domains with major national security implications such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
    • Implement recommendations from the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence.
    • Implement recommendations from the Cyberspace Solarium Commission.
    • Expand access to STEM resources for communities across the country.
    • Ensure Afghans who worked for the U.S. military during the Global War on Terror and their family members are given a fair and quick Special Immigrant Visa process as the U.S. military withdraws from Afghanistan.
    • Promote our commitment to NATO and our global allies.
    National Service and Civic Education:
    National Service and Civic Education:
    • Foster greater civic engagement and sense of community in young Americans by expanding the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Program (JROTC).
    • Expand opportunities for Americans to engage in national service through AmeriCorps and increase volunteer diversity by passing the bipartisan CORPS Act.
    • Implement recommendations from the Inspire to Serve Act.
    • Initiate and develop the U.S. Public Health Commissioned Officer Corps Ready Reserve.

    Veterans Affairs:
    • Ensure veterans impacted by burn pits and other toxic exposures have access to quality health care.
    • Recognize all who served in the Global War on Terror by establishing a memorial on the National Mall.
    • Honor President Abraham Lincoln’s commitment to care for those who “have borne the battle,” including veterans, servicemembers, and their families.
