Responsibilities include:
- Start and lead a national email membership acquisition program with multiple customer segments
- Hire and supervise an experienced email acquisition manager
- Oversee the conception, design, and implementation of plans and content campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, websites, SEO, print material, and events
- Protect and enhance the organization’s brand through consistent messaging and positioning across all materials
- Create and maintain a brand guide to be used by the organization, stakeholders, and external partners
- Monitor and analyze performance data, identify best practices, and use analysis to continually improve marketing and communications decisions
- Coordinate with partners, including Member of Congress, donors, and other nonprofits on content creation and dissemination
- Manage all organizational websites including content, external platform engagement, and digital vendors

- Experience with membership direct marketing, and managing customer data bases

Terms:
- Full-time, in-office, Washington, DC-based
- Salary range of $150,000-$200,000, commensurate with experience
