“This bipartisan package, the most comprehensive sanctions measure since Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022, strikes at the heart of Putin’s war machine and strengthens Ukraine’s defense. It affirms that America will not abandon those fighting for their freedom. We commend the senators who demonstrated American leadership and look forward to swift action in the U.S. House of Representatives.”

Earlier this year, With Honor Action joined members of the For Country Caucus, Problem Solvers Caucus, and the Congressional Ukraine Caucus to celebrate the passage of the Ukraine Support Act out of the House of Representatives.

With Honor Action remains committed to strengthening the U.S.-Ukraine relationship by advocating for a U.S.-Ukraine working group on unmanned systems in the FY27 National Defense Authorization Act. Continued support for Ukraine benefits U.S. national security by leveraging Ukrainian battlefield innovation to enhance our own defense capabilities.

Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, With Honor Action has stood alongside members of the For Country Caucus to advance bipartisan legislation supporting Ukraine’s defense and our NATO alliance. That work has produced results — including landmark legislation to seize Russian assets and direct them toward Ukraine’s rebuilding in 2024, and a separate law to help identify and bring home Ukrainian children who were abducted and taken to Russia or Russian-occupied territory in 2025.

In 2024, With Honor was joined by Founding For Country Caucus Co-Chairs Reps. Don Bacon and Jimmy Panetta (D-CA), Vice Chair for the 117th Congress Rep. Salud Carbajal (D-CA), and Vice Chairs for the current Congress Reps. Troy Downing (R-MT) and Herb Conaway (D-NJ) in Ukraine to witness first-hand the devastation Russia has wrought on Ukrainian cities, communities, and lives.
