With Honor Co-Founder and CEOBarcott traveled to Kyiv and Kharkiv earlier this month with a cross-partisan delegation, marking With Honor’s fourth cross-partisan trip to Ukraine since Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022. The delegation joined with eight Members of Congress, received briefings from senior Ukrainian officials, and met with frontline medics. Barcott and Members of Congress were awarded the Ukrainian Badge of Honour, “For Our Freedom and Yours,” by Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine’s parliament) Ruslan Stefanchuk.
Since 2022, With Honor Action has worked alongside members of the For Country Caucus to advance bipartisan legislation supporting Ukraine’s defense. These efforts include 2024 legislation authorizing the use of seized Russian assets for Ukraine’s reconstruction, a 2025 law addressing the abduction of Ukrainian children, and the Senate’s passage of the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026 earlier this summer. With Honor Action remains committed to working with our veteran leaders in Congress to strengthen the U.S.-Ukraine partnership.
